The F.A.I.T.H. Strategy

In order to fulfill our purpose as a church, we are intentional about the following five strategies.  We certainly do more than five…but these are the MAIN areas we want to be successful in our efforts to reach people with the gospel of Jesus Christ!  
 
FAMILY OUTREACH: We believe in reaching everyone in this community with the gospel of Jesus Christ, regardless of their age.  However, we are intentional about reaching the next generation of children and teenagers and have many of our ministries as well as staff that are purposed to do so.  Our goal is to be a church with both young and old serving each other!

AFFINITY GROUPS:  The heart beat of our church is small groups.  We want every person to get connected into an home group for the purpose of building authentic community and relationships.   We need to do more than just attend a service; we need to be a part of a church family where we can grow and serve together.

INVITING SERVICES: We want our worship services to be attractive to all people…especially those who don’t normally go to church as Sunday is generally the main entry point for our guests. We try to put our best foot forward in our services, from the greeting, to the music, and to the message.  Our services are designed to encourage the saints, but mostly to reach the unchurched!

THREE COMMITMENTS: Once people have received Jesus as Lord of their lives, we lead them through three major commitments in their spiritual life… first to a local church family, second to the habits for spiritual growth and maturity, then finally to service and ministry.  We do this through our Christian Life And Service Seminars (C.L.A.S.S.) which are offered every two months.

HELPING MINISTRIES: There are many hurting people in our community that have genuine needs we can meet.  A major focus of our church is offering practical help to people with their life needs:   finances, counseling, transportation, food, clothing, and more.
